B.o.B. plays a mental patient in the video for his new single "Out of My Mind," which features Nicki Minaj as a sexy doctor.

"I'm bi-polar to the severity/ And I need medication apparently/ And some electrocompulsive therapy/ I am psychotic but there is no remedy," Bobby Ray raps over the Dr. Luke synth beat. "If these n----s go dumb, I go to the mental facility/ See man I'm so out there, I slap fives with E.T."

Though both rappers appear in straitjackets in the Bennie Boom-directed clip, B.o.B.'s handcuffed, wheelchair-bound character also receives a lap dance from his pink-coiffed co-star. Sexy nurses, parole board members and Hannibel Lecter masks abound.
